Covid-19 – Updated Customer Contact Processes

Please check out our suggestions below before planning to visit our premises during this difficult time handling Covid-19.

We owe it to all the medical professionals to collectively do our bit to flatten the curve. To all medical staff working tirelessly, we thank you for your service. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

To minimise social contact we are asking customers to send all files and artwork in by email as opposed to calling in to our premises with a flash drive. If your files are too big for emailing, please use “We Transfer” ( or “Mail Big File” ( You can upload your files to either of these services and email us a link to download them.

If you are coming to collect and pay for a job, please call ahead on 051-336 006 so we have your job packed and ready for you. You will NOT be asked to sign delivery dockets during this time. We would encourage customers to pay by card over the phone as it’s completely contactless. We can email copies of receipts and invoices where necessary. We are happy to put the boxes in the boot of your car for you to minimise social contact.
